Here are some pictures of the monsters they wanted to use in the movie, but they decided to keep the audience guessing on what the creatures actually were. Kind of monstrous, but not scary. I can see why they decided to not use these creatures. But I wish we did have an idea of what they were and what they looked like. I think I appreciate that they waited til after the film has been released and watched over 45 million view they decided to go forward and show the audience what the monsters would have looked like if they decided to go with that look.
